"Yoga anyone? I recommend this to everyone. Why? Because there's areas in my body that are very tense plus I have issues in my shoulder and my knees. They have improved greatly, not perfect, but more motion than before. I'm able to focus better on the tasks that I need to focus on. And I just feel better about my day and actually more confident.
