a note from diane
Did you know that I never meant to be a life coach?
I signed up for a life coaching program specifically to heal myself.
I was right in the middle of the worst time of my life: my business was failing, my marriage was suffering, and I was diagnosed with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. It was at that time that I signed up for a coaching program as a way to heal my pain and uncover who I really was.
After all the years of suppressing my own needs in service of everyone else’s, my coach suggested a major dose of self-care and reflection. During those early days of my training, I felt very raw as I began my deep inner work, unsure how much to share of myself or of how to see my vulnerability as a gift and allow it to shine through.
Over time, I started to witness a different me emerging. I was simply in awe of the profound healing that was happening for me – and of the woman who became unafraid to walk in her purpose.
I was learning to say no and set boundaries.
I could finally pay attention to my own needs.
I discovered a bigger version of myself.
But even halfway through the program, I still had no real intention of becoming a coach.
The biggest change happened when, with awe and excitement, I uncovered the true source of joy and peace: my relationship with Jesus Christ. It was through this relationship and through my coach's encouragement and support that the door was opened to a life filled with a greater purpose than I had ever imagined. I began to see how being an Integrative Christian life coach could be my life’s work.
Now, I believe God calls me to equip others with the same tools and guidance I received so they can live their best lives. My program offers an integrative approach to wellness through yoga, coaching, workshops and events for everyone, no matter their stage of life.
My hope is to inspire you to move past limiting beliefs and toward a life with passion, purpose, and confidence.
Giving your all doesn't mean you have to do it all. I'm here to help.

"I look forward to Monday night yoga with you every week. This time allows me to find such needed stillness. I love your reminders to completely surrender and let go of the grip of worry, anxiety, and fear. Tonight your message about trusting the one who is was what I needed to hear. Thank you!"

" Diane has been one of the most important forces of the transformation in my life from being asleep to being awake about so many personal things that I have been struggling hard to figure out.
Diane is full of positive energy, life, and commitment to her work. She was instrumental in opening my eyes to the power of so many real things and she taught me the importance of developing emotional intelligence by practicing some daily routines that set the intentions for my day. "
"I’m still very much processing my first session with Diane Cevallos, who is an amazing Life Coach, I am thankful for her time, energy, grace, and meticulous patience with me, and look forward to fighting like heck to reach that finish line."
"When identifying a single phrase to describe my experience with Diane, my mind inevitably concludes that she is “a blessing in disguise."
"Working with Diane is far the best decision I ever made. She helped me focus and prioritize. I am a better leader today because of the coaching I received."
“A life-changing weekend.”
