1.Set a time limit on screen time.


2.Get outside as much as possible! 

3.Exercise!!! There are tons of fun exercise videos online...or create your own!

4.Bake/cook together. 

5.Go on a bike ride/hike.

6.Plant flowers and clean up your backyard.

7.Spring clean your kids' rooms with them.

8.Watch movies

9.Lots of board games! or card games.

10.Write notes to residents in nursing homes letting them know they are loved and prayed for.


Learn that it is OK and good for our souls to DO NOTHING for a time
